Ticket Information: Company, reference number, date, location
Your Account: Description of what happened
Payment: Processed by Stripe - we don't store card details

- Generate your appeal letter
- Process payments through Stripe
- Send your letter by email
- Provide customer support
- Send deadline reminders (Premium only)
4. Legal Basis (UK GDPR)
- Contract: To provide the service you purchased
- Legitimate Interest: To improve our services
- Consent: For marketing (if you opt in)
5. Who We Share Data With
Stripe: Payment processing
Anthropic: Letter generation (your appeal details are processed to generate your letter)
Resend: Email delivery
Cloudflare: Hosting and security
PostHog: Anonymous analytics (EU data region)
We do NOT sell your data to third parties.
6. Data Retention
- Appeal data: 6 months after expected resolution
- Payment records: 7 years (legal requirement)
- Email logs: 12 months
You can request deletion at any time.

- PostHog analytics cookies
Analytics: We use PostHog for anonymous analytics to understand how visitors use our service. This tracks page views and button clicks but does not collect personal information such as names, addresses, or ticket details. PostHog respects Do Not Track browser settings. Data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt).
We don't use advertising cookies.
