Key Points: This service generates appeal letters to help you challenge parking charges. It is NOT legal advice. You are responsible for reviewing and submitting your appeal. No success is guaranteed.

1. What This Service Does

Legal Grounds generates formal appeal letters for parking and traffic fines issued in the UK, including private parking charges, council PCNs, bus lane fines, moving traffic violations, and congestion/emission zone charges.

Standard (£14.99): Up to 3 professional appeal letters over 12 months, PDF download, email delivery, submission instructions

Premium (£19.99): Up to 5 appeal letters over 12 months, plus escalation letter template, deadline reminders, and priority support

Unlimited (£24.99): Everything in Premium, covering up to 25 appeals over 12 months. All plans are one-time payments. Access is linked to the email address used at purchase. Plans expire 12 months from purchase or after the appeal limit has been reached, whichever comes first. Unused appeals are not refundable or transferable.

2. What This Service Does NOT Do
  • Provide legal advice
  • Guarantee any outcome
  • Submit appeals on your behalf
  • Represent you in legal proceedings
  • Handle police-issued fixed penalty notices (speeding, red lights, etc.)
3. Your Responsibilities

By using this service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Review the generated letter before sending
  • Submit the appeal yourself
  • Meet all applicable deadlines
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
4. Who Can Use This Service
  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must be a UK resident or have received a UK parking charge
  • You must be the registered keeper or authorised to act on their behalf
5. Payment and Refunds

Prices: All prices in GBP including VAT. Payment via Stripe.

Cancellation: You have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. However, by completing your purchase, you consent to the immediate delivery of your appeal letter (digital content) and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the letter has been provided.

Refunds: As digital content is delivered immediately upon payment, we do not offer automatic refunds. However:

  • Technical errors will be fixed or refunded
  • Quality concerns - contact us within 7 days
6. Intellectual Property

Your generated letter is yours to use for appealing your parking charge. You may not resell or redistribute it commercially.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for the outcome of your appeal
  • We are not liable for losses from using the letter
  • Our total liability is limited to what you paid

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
