1. What This Service Does

Parking Appeal Letter generates formal appeal letters for private parking charges issued in the UK.

Standard (£9.99): Professional appeal letter, PDF download, email delivery, submission instructions

Premium (£24.99): Everything in Standard plus escalation letter template, deadline reminders, and priority support

2. What This Service Does NOT Do
  • Provide legal advice
  • Guarantee any outcome
  • Submit appeals on your behalf
  • Represent you in legal proceedings
  • Cover council-issued PCNs (private parking only)
3. Your Responsibilities

By using this service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Review the generated letter before sending
  • Submit the appeal yourself
  • Meet all applicable deadlines
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
4. Who Can Use This Service
  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must be a UK resident or have received a UK parking charge
  • You must be the registered keeper or authorised to act on their behalf
5. Payment and Refunds

Prices: All prices in GBP including VAT. Payment via Stripe.

Refunds: Because letters are delivered instantly, we don't offer automatic refunds. However:

  • Technical errors will be fixed or refunded
  • Quality concerns - contact us within 7 days
6. Intellectual Property

Your generated letter is yours to use for appealing your parking charge. You may not resell or redistribute it commercially.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for the outcome of your appeal
  • We are not liable for losses from using the letter
  • Our total liability is limited to what you paid

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
